Sometimes returns are necessary. If your not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return for a refund or replacement of the proper size within 30 days of delivery.

Return Policy

 

  1. Product must not show any evidence of wear and must be returned with all its original tags. To ensure that your boots don't show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly. Avoid any kind of hard flooring as it may scuff the soles of the boots.
  2. Items must be returned within 30 days of date received.
  3.  Make sure the product is in its original packaging, (e.g. boot box), and place it in its original shipping box or original shipping bag.  Boot boxes may not be returned with tape or any other shipping labels on them.
  4.  A small return shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund. If it's defective or we made a mistake, the fee will be waived.)


How to Return

 

  1. If you need to return a pair a boots you must contact us for a Return Authorization number. 
  2.  We will reply back with shipping instructions, RA#, and a shipping address for your return within 24-48 hours.
  3. You will be responsible for shipping. If the boot is defective or we made a mistake, your shipping will be refunded. 
  4. Use UPS or FedEx, not the U.S. Postal Service, and provide us with a tracking number.  
  5. Once we can see that the boots have been shipped we will either issue you a refund or send you a replacement of the proper size.
